Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? Please call us at 1-800-998-1077 or 310-641-3310.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please call us at 1-800-998-1077 or 310-641-3310 to receive a return authorization and we will either replace the damaged merchandise or grant a refund.
Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If the shipment was incorrect, call us at 1-800-998-1077 or 310-641-3310 and upon verification, we will send you the missing product.

Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, open the order confirmation almostGOLF e-mailed to you after the transaction. Included is a tracking number you can submit to the UPS Web site, www.ups.com, to determine your order's status.
