Placing Your First Order
Placing an order on almostgolf.com is easy. There's no need to create an account until you complete the checkout of your first order. You will create a password with your account so when you return, you can use the same shipping address and payment method you provided during the first order (unless it has changed). We provide phone assistance, however we request that orders be placed online.
Browse the Products section for the items you would like to order. When you find an item you want, click on its title to read more product information and the item's availability.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to the cart, you can continue browsing until you find all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" on the bottom right of the header bar on every page of the Store.
Proceed to Checkout
Review all the items in your Shopping Cart. If you decide you don't want a particular item, highlight and delete the quantity. If you want to add more items, click on Continue Shopping. If you change, add or delete items, be sure to click Update Total. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be taken to the New Customer Registration/Returning Customer Login page.
New Customer Registration/Returning Customer Login
First-time customers need to register. Enter your name, e-mail address and a password. Keep in mind that your e-mail address will be used as the Login for future purchases and is the only e-mail address to which we send information about future orders. The password must be at least six characters in length containing at least one letter and one number (eg. mary123). You will confirm the password by entering it twice. Make sure to write your password down so that you remember it the next time you place an order. You will also enter a Password Hint to help you remember your password in the future (e.g. mother's maiden name). When you have completed the registration, click on Proceed With Checkout.
If you are a Returning Customer, simply enter your e-mail address and password to proceed to the final checkout. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password tab. Your hint will be given. If this hint helps you remember your password, enter it in the field and click Proceed With the Checkout. If you still cannot remember your password, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Standard shipping is UPS Ground
Method of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Orders must be prepaid. Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. We also request the CSC number which is the three last digits of the number printed on the back of the card (MC, Visa and Discover) or four digits on the right center of the front of AmEx.
Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click Place Your Order to submit. Once it's submitted, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail at the time of shipment.
